No Guarantee of Perfect Accuracy
ZEROSCAN X may help identify quality signals, missing details, and validation context, but no automated system can guarantee perfect lead accuracy or business outcome.

You are responsible for the data you capture, the permissions you have to process it, and the decisions you make based on review or validation results.
Acceptable Use
Do not use ZEROSCAN X to violate law, misuse personal data, bypass consent requirements, attack systems, or misrepresent validation results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZEROSCAN X and LeadCypher Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
